Daniel Keane
Daniel is an experienced ecologist from the Wet Tropics region of Queensland in Australia and the Managing Director and Co-founder of Predict Ecology.
Daniel is passionate about ecosystem preservation and using innovative multi-discipline approaches, including blockchain, for environmental management and sustainable development and planning.
He has over seventeen years of experience as an ecologist and environmental scientist and has worked throughout Australia, the Southern Highlands of PNG, and South-East Asia. His clients have included private companies of all sizes, from large multinationals to small family businesses, government departments, non-government organizations, and landholders.
Daniel’s specialties include tropical botany and ecology, landscape restoration, remote sensing, GIS integration, modeling and data ecology, mine closure, and quantitative experimental design and analysis.
